2019-20 Centralized Enrollment--August 1st (12pm to 7pm), August 3rd (9am to 1pm) Fast Pass Only, August 5th (12pm to 7pm).

2019-20 CSD4 Centralized Enrollment is Coming Soon!!!

Centralized Enrollment will be on August 1 and August 5, from 12pm-7pm, and Saturday August 3, 9am-1pm for FAST PASS users only.  Centralized Enrollment will be held at Grandview High School, located at 2300 High Grove Road in Grandview. During this time school buildings will be closed and will reopen August 7 at 9 a.m.

Please make sure to register your students online before you attend Centralized Enrollment. Your student must be registered before they can enroll. Online registration will begin July 1st and may be accessed through Parent Portal at parentportal.grandviewc4.net. This may be accessed with smartphone devices. You will need your Parent Portal login information to access online registration. If you do not remember your login information, please contact your student’s school before June 13th to obtain this information. Families who are new to the district will be given access to Parent Portal at Centralized Enrollment and will register then.


When you attend Centralized Enrollment, make sure to bring your proof of residency. Those requirements are listed below:


To make your Centralized Enrollment experience faster and more convenient, we encourage you to utilize the Bulldog FAST PASS!  To obtain the Bulldog FAST PASS, email the required residency documents  to fastpassres@grandviewc4.net  from July 1 to July 25.  Once approved, you’ll receive a Bulldog FAST PASS and be allowed to process through the FAST PASS residency station at Centralized Enrollment!  Families obtaining a Bulldog FAST PASS can enroll at any time. However, as mentioned above, this year we have added FAST PASS Saturday on August 3, 9a-1pm  as a day for FAST PASS users ONLY.  


Current students should bring any updated immunization records to enrollment. Students new to the district or returning after attending elsewhere need to bring their entire immunization record. State requirements are available on the district website at www.grandviewc4.net. .

Grandview C-4 School District – Residency Requirements


If you own or rent/lease property within the Grandview C-4 School District attendance boundaries, the following documentation must be presented to verify residency:

•    Current mortgage coupon or rental/lease agreement with landlord information and signature.

•    Two CURRENT utility bills (gas, electric, water, home telephone or cable) in the resident’s name, which are no more than 30 days old; no final bills, disconnect or shut-off notices will be accepted.

•    If enrolling a student as a custodial guardian, you must provide court documentation or a letter of placement by a social services agency as proof of guardianship.


If you reside with someone who owns or rents/leases property within the Grandview C-4 School District attendance boundaries, an Affidavit of Residency will be required.  Both parties, resident and parent, must be present when completing the Affidavit of Residency. In addition to completing the affidavit forms, the following documentation will be needed from the Grandview C-4 School District resident AND the parent/legal guardian to verify residency:


Grandview C-4 School District RESIDENT must provide:

•    Current mortgage coupon or rental/lease agreement with landlord information and signature.  If additional residents are not listed on the lease, you must provide a letter from the apartment manager or landlord, on official letterhead, acknowledging their presence.

•    Two current utility bills (gas, electricity, water, home telephone or cable) in the resident’s name, which are no more than 30 days old; no final bills, disconnect or chut-off notices will be accepted.

•    State-issued photo identification (for notary purposes).


Parent/Legal Guardian of the Student must provide:

•    Proof of residency at the address of record – examples include pay stub, bank statements, medical bills, utility bills, personal property tax receipt, government agency paperwork.

•    State-issued photo identification (for notary purposes).
